About the Role: Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician in the state of Maryland (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work. Role Requirements: 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience Valid Driver's License Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time Climb stairs and ladders
