Job Full Description Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:30a-4p, Friday 5a-11a, 40-45-hour work weeks, mandatory overtime Dress code: Jeans/T-shirt, steel toed shoes, nothing offensive, no Jewelry Job Description: 10+ years of experience MIG and TIG Summary: Lead Welder-Weld Preparation, welding and weld finishing on various gauges of metal according to mechanical drawings, specifications or other forms of instruction. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand drawings and specification. Must have obtained a welders certification. Knowledge and experience working with various welding and finishing equipment. Ability to work with a wide range of gauges of metal Ability to Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Possess and utilize communication skills to communicate with coworkers, Engineering, Plant Manager and Quality Control This is a Physical job, must wear a respirator, protective clothing, jacket, & gloves are provided by the company, drinks & radios are allowed at your workstation.
