Responsibilities: The Paint Technician Assistant is responsible for assisting Paint Technicians in performing automotive paint repairs in accordance with Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance standards. This role is essential to delivering high-quality repairs and an exceptional customer experience. Prepare workstations with required materials and parts for Paint Technicians Prep, mask, and tape vehicles for paint repairs Wash vehicles before and after paint application Color-sand, polish, and buff vehicles prior to pre-delivery Use paint supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including daily stall cleaning Qualifications Automotive body shop experience is a plus Team player with a strong focus on customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
