Payroll Specialist-Orlando

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Payroll Specialist role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities Process payroll for 500 employees (FL) including review of employee timecards and payroll register Handle truck allowances, performance pay, deduction structures, garnishments, etc. Maintain and document all payroll records Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll concerns or questions Handle payroll adjustments as needed Experience 3+ years of payroll processing experience required Skills/Knowledge Vista Viewpoint knowledge required Solid Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of local and state payroll laws High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills Education Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred Work Hours/Pay Rate Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week $ 24.00-26.44/hr.
