Jr. Recruiter/Coordinator (Austin, TX)

Contract Recruiter Coordinator Location: Austin, TX S Congress Ave (Hybrid) 4 days a week in the office - Free Parking Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition Type: 6-Month Contract with Potential to Perm Compensation: $35/hour About the Role We are seeking a Contract Recruiter Coordinator to support a high-growth hiring period as we scale key Product, GTM, and business teams. This role will strengthen proactive sourcing efforts while also supporting recruiting operations and coordination during peak hiring volume. This is a 6-month contract engagement designed to provide surge capacity and increase pipeline depth. What You'll Do Sourcing & Pipeline Development Proactively identify and engage talent across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools Conduct initial outreach and light qualification conversations Build and maintain organized talent pipelines in Greenhouse Recruiting Coordination & Operations Schedule interviews and manage candidate logistics Support recruiters with intake preparation and pipeline tracking Maintain accurate ATS data and reporting Assist with offer coordination and candidate communication What You Bring 13 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience Experience using Greenhouse (must have) Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment Professional, candidate-first communication style Nice to Have Exposure to Product or technical hiring Experience supporting hiring in SaaS environments Why This Role Matters This role will increase recruiter capacity, improve sourcing depth, and help ensure we execute our hiring plan while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
