Prepare new stock for put-away and inventory organization. Use warehouse scanners, RF equipment, and mobile technology to track inventory. Warehouse Operations & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials. Operate warehouse tools and follow best practices for lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise. Team Collaboration & Communication Work alongside team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate clearly and effectively (both written and verbal) to report stock levels, order issues, and process updates. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to meet operational needs. What We're Looking For: Reliable & hardworking individuals who can thrive in a warehouse setting Positive, "can-do" attitude with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable using technology (scanners, warehouse software, RF equipment) Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, percentages) Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including: Standing/walking for at least 2 consecutive hours Lifting up to 50 lbs Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders as needed What Success Looks Like: Within 3 months, you will: Have a strong understanding of warehouse processes & fulfillment operations. Accurately pick, pack, and process orders with efficiency. Demonstrate consistent reliability and teamwork. By 6-12 months, you will: Become a go-to team member in warehouse operations.
