Litigated Claims Examiner, Complex General Liability

In this role, you will use your strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills to successfully manage a diverse caseload of commercial general liability claims. This person must appreciate the sensitive nature of complex, litigated liability claims and have extensive knowledge on policy interpretation and negligence standards. Requirements: Juris Doctorate At least two years experience working in an insurance defense capacity or as a Commercial Claims Examiner. Personal injury attorneys encouraged to apply. Proficient in the use of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
