Expeditor / Material Handler Expeditor / Material Handler will gather, distribute, and facilitate the flow of materials between multiple manufacturing operation departments. Load and unload product from freight trucks. Possesses clear understanding of safety requirements and procedures while operating a forklift, pallet jack, reach lift and/or box truck. Examines the production needs and moves material based on manufacturing demands. Provide a high quality of customer service to maintain and effective and efficient work environment. Handle deliveries, work orders and customer shipment with the upmost care. Monitor and record stock inventory levels and report inventory variances. Work autonomously throughout the day with minimal supervision. Good verbal and written communication. Completes tasks in timely and professional manner. Work well in a team environment. Load and unload Freight trucks. Demonstrate professional conduct and ethics according to IMI's policies. Good interpersonal skills. REQUIRED 1. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent 2. Basic computer knowledge 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills, focus on details 4. Valid driver's license 5. Performs well under pressure and able to handle multiple projects at one time. 6. 2+ yr. Experience in warehouse job function 7. Positive and professional with all internal and external customers. Works well in team environment 8. Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation 9. Forklift certification or demonstrate experience in operating a forklift PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED 10. Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Occasionally required to lift and/or carry loads of up to 50 lbs. Able to sit, stand, bend, reach and/or walk for long period of time. Use good judgement and follow procedures. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work in high temperature work environment (non air-conditioned warehouse). Work under stress in a high pace environment.
