Potential locations include: Dallas Fort Worth, Colorado, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina Description Lead large manufacturing projects from kickoff through turnover, with full ownership of cost, schedule, and quality Oversee field operations and collaborate closely with Superintendents on execution strategy Drive design‑build coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between design intent and constructibility Manage complex MEP, process utility, equipment integration, and infrastructure scopes Run OAC meetings, maintain strong communication, and build trust with clients and design partners Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracting, performance, and coordination Lead forecasting, cost controls, change management, and progress tracking Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across highly technical manufacturing environments Develop team members through mentorship, leadership, and consistent communication Partner with executive leadership on risk management, staffing, and project strategy Profile 8-12+ years of project management experience with a general contractor Proven track record managing large ground‑up manufacturing, industrial, advanced technology, or life sciences projects Strong familiarity with MEP systems, process utilities, equipment integration, and technical infrastructure Experience leading design‑build delivery (preferred) Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced, complex environments Proficiency in construction technology tools (Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling platforms) Strong planning, forecasting, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities A leadership style built on ownership, drive, collaboration, and accountability Job Offer $750+/month Truck Allowance 25% annual bonus opportunity 100% paid health insurance 401k profit sharing program 3-weeks Paid Time Off Top-leading technical general contractor Top-rated place to work Job security - established pipeline and backlog Apply today to have your resume considered - and if applicable - contacted within 48 hours!
