We are looking for a sharp, driven, and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join the team of a top-tier National Title Company in Newport Beach. Job Duties: Support the escrow team in managing commercial real estate transactions. Handle client communications via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service. Prepare and review escrow documents, contracts, and closing statements. Maintain accurate files, records, and databases to track transactions. Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and office organization. Requirements: 4 to 5 years experience required Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in a related field). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office bility to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
