Sales ExecutiveMulti-Location | On-Site | Washington, DC Metro Area (Bethesda, MD or Arlington, VA) We are partnering with a rapidly growing, membership-based service organization in the aesthetics and wellness space to identify a motivated Membership Sales Executive. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys phone-based selling, consistent follow-up, and closing membership-driven business in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position supports multiple locations and plays a key role in converting inbound and referral leads into long-term members. Position Overview The Sales Executive is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow-up calls, and closing new memberships across multiple locations. You will work from an on-site location in the DC metro area while managing a steady pipeline of leads through a CRM system. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and follow-up sales calls to inbound and referral leads Manage leads through the full sales cycle from initial contact through close Convert inquiries into memberships and service packages Identify opportunities to recommend service upgrades when appropriate Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up activity, and lead status Communicate effectively with on-site teams to ensure a smooth client experience Represent the brand professionally and confidently over the phone Ideal Candidate Profile Experience selling membership-based, subscription, or service-driven offerings Backgrounds in medical sales, aesthetics, med-spa, boutique fitness, or healthcare services are a plus Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics Strong phone presence with a professional, hospitable communication style Resilient, consistent, and confident in handling objections Organized and disciplined with follow-up and CRM management Compensation & Work Environment Base pay: $22-$27 per hour Commission and bonus opportunities tied to performance On-site role based in the Washington, DC metro area Calling across U.S.-based leads Growth Opportunity This role reports to sales leadership and offers long-term growth potential within a developing sales organization.
