Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVOR Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM • On-call requirement: 1 - 24 hour call per month on weekend (Saturday or Sunday) • Holiday coverage may be required • 2 years of experience required • Must be able to circulate all services including: CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Bariatric • Scrubbing Cardiac/Vascular cases experience highly preferred • First-time travelers not accepted • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (must be AHA) • Radiation badge required (provided by agency) • Patient ratio 1:1 for all shifts • Work with adult patients only • Unit has 10 rooms with approximately 28 visits per day • 36 hours of orientation required • South Carolina RN license required (must be active before reporting to facility) • Charting system: EPIC • Skills include: Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, CVOR, CABG, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, TAVR, Aortic Aneurysm repair • Interdisciplinary support includes IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary • During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams Facility: This healthcare organization operates as a Level I Trauma Center, teaching facility, and Magnet Hospital with 820 total staffed beds.
