Leading Ohio Developer/Builder in Multifamily Construction Opportunity to help lead a division of top ESOP company Client Details Our client is a Developer/Builder with a strong construction wing that focuses on quality over quantity. Description Overseeing and directing operations within the Columbus office Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals Work directly with owners and help bring on new business to grow the team Profile 15+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or as a project executive Working knowledge of local skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical Have experience in multifamily and commercial construction projects Working knowledge of construction technology and details Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings Bring Business Development Opportunities to the team Strong communication skills Detail oriented Good time management skills Job Offer Competitive base salary starting at $150k (more in base dependent on experience) ESOP program that vests quickly 401K match and Profit Sharing in Benefits Package Strong bonus potential Career Stability with Business Development Opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Paid Maternity and Paternity leave Cell phone and laptop provided Monthly vehicle allowance provided PTO - negotiable MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
