Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Position Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Location: Hybrid in Birmingham, AL Position Status: Full Time - Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with a strong focus on Customer Insights (CIJ). Build and enhance integrations, plugins, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse components, and REST APIs. Ensure CRM solutions follow Microsoft best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines. Data, Insights & Integration Partner with data and analytics teams to support customer data unification, segmentation, and insight generation. Support integration work involving Azure services, data pipelines, and enterprise API frameworks. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design reviews. Agile Collaboration & Documentation Engage in agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Deliver clear, well?organized technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non?technical stakeholders. Top Qualifications The strongest candidates will bring 3-4 of the following: Hands?on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Insights (CIJ). Experience or exposure to Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, analytics, or integration scenarios). Relevant Microsoft certifications or active pursuit (Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Power Platform). Strong communication skills-you can translate complex technical concepts into business?friendly language. Experience working in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar). Required Skills & Experience Proven experience developing within Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customization, extensions). Proficiency with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Experience working with REST APIs, Azure services, and third?party integrations. Solid understanding of CRM data models, security roles, and system administration. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, source control (Git, Azure DevOps), and automated deployments.
