Impactful Role: Directly support production goals and on-time delivery of life-changing technology. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with operations, engineering, and external partners. Growth Opportunities: Learn industry trends, procurement best practices, and ERP systems. Duties and Responsibilities Analyze raw material requirements and place purchase orders aligned with short- and long-term production forecasts Partner with external manufacturing firms to support new product designs and prototyping efforts Collaborate with internal teams to provide pricing quotes, component availability, and procurement support Coordinate resolution of over-shipments, short-shipments, incorrect materials, and rejected or defective parts Select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and overall production objectives Education and Experience Associate's Degree in Business, Purchasing, or Production Operations Management or completion of one or more ASCM courses (CPIM and/or CSCP recommended) Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ERP systems Required Skills & Abilities Strong judgment, professionalism, and integrity in all business dealings Ability to read and interpret detailed material specifications Effective communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn departmental systems Ability to organize records, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
