ABOUT THE POSITION: A well-established, doctor-led dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Shelby, NC. This will be a modern, fully equipped practice designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services. 4-day work week Collaborative 2-doctor practice model General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office already equipped with Pan) 8 operatories with strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid) Average of patients per day, plus hygiene checks COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to % of adjusted production PTO with paid holidays Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, AD&D, Short- & Long-Term Disability 401(k) retirement plan ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: This doctor-led dental group has been serving communities across North Carolina for over two decades.
