This individual will support strategic and operational initiatives tied to trade compliance, import/export readiness, data quality, global process alignment, and risk mitigation across a complex supply chain. Partner closely with Trade Controls SMEs and compliance stakeholders to move initiatives forward. Support readiness for internal audits, external inspections, and global policy rollouts. Identify risks and roadblocks early and guide teams toward practical solutions without over-engineering the approach. Build lightweight but effective documentation (dashboards, trackers, communication updates) without imposing unnecessary bureaucracy. Contribute to continuous improvement of global trade processes, data quality, and compliance workflows. Help create structure in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. Qualifications 510 years of project management experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Compliance. Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical supply chain environments. Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments and create order where needed. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Skilled in building practical project artifacts (timelines, RAID logs, communication plans) without excessive formality. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with leadership, SMEs, and external partners. Experience working with compliance-heavy processes (import/export, trade compliance, quality, regulatory, or similar). Experience supporting trade compliance, customs, import/export, or global supply chain governance. Familiarity with SAP, SAP GTS, or similar global trade platforms. PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus but not required. Demonstrated success building structure in fast-moving, matrixed environments. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable shifting between strategic and tactical work. Strong problem solver who proactively removes obstacles. Excellent relationship-building skills across functions and regions. Able to balance urgency with thoughtful execution. Thrives in an environment where processes are being built, not already established.
