Waste Pro Facility Maintenance Position This position is responsible for general labor duties including maintaining the building and grounds for the Waste Pro facility. Essential Job Functions Responsibility for general building maintenance Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds. Walks property to check for repairs Removes environmental hazards Parking lot maintenance - cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property. Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed. Paints specified areas as determined
