As an Incentive Compensation Associate within PNC's Incentive Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on managing quarterly incentive processes, ensuring data accuracy and correct calculations. It also involves reviewing and testing system changes in Varicent and supporting process improvements during off-cycle periods. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Under supervision, administers and executes non-annual incentive compensation. Executes day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization. Monitors compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs. Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments. Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries. Leads business-specific projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: Bachelors Certifications: No Required Certification(s) Licenses: No Required License(s) Pay Transparency: Base Salary: $37,000.00 $97,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
