Empower Field Alcohol Compliance Supervisor Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Alcohol Compliance Supervisors are there to ensure that all employees and guests follow our safe-drinking guidelines! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, communicating and enforcing policies, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer! This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Position Type: Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually. Job Responsibilities This role is event based and begins 1-2 hours before doors, and ends 1 hour after alcohol cut Trains staff on our alcohol policy and ensures it is being followed throughout the duration of the event Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to pre-event check lists, signed alcohol policies, alcohol incident forms, and witness reports Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service Qualifications This position has physical demands and requires frequent walking! Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.
