Candidates must be reliable and dedicated to long-term employment. Must have excellent customer service skills, be an excellent communicator/listener, and be a strong multi-tasker. Position involves speaking with potential clients via phone, gathering information and documents from potential clients, and scheduling appointments with attorneys, etc.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Conduct initial phone calls or in-person meetings with potential clients to gather information about their legal issues. Screen potential clients to determine if they have a valid caseQuickly learn and retain the requirements for potential clients for eligibility of the Firms’ services.Take detailed notes and gather relevant information from clients, including facts of their case, relevant documents, etc.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all intake processesEnsure that all intake processes are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethics rulesManage intake department and ensure all potential clients are being followed up onQualifications:Minimum 2 year experience, 3 years preferred, but not required of intake experience or related field.Excellent telephone communication skills, including the ability to articulate professional responses, strong listening skills, and de-escalation of problem calls, all while maintaining professional phone etiquette.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close leads within a timeframe determined by the firm.Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others in a collaborative, professional work environment.Knowledge of firm-used business applications preferred (File Vine, Lead Docket, MS Office products)Spanish speaking is requiredBENEFITSSick PayBonus structurePaid Holidays401(k)Health InsuranceFree ParkingJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00+ annually (based on experience)Schedule: 8 hour shiftAbility to Commute: Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (Required)Work Location: In person
