Job Description

This position is for a dedicated Airport Customer Service Rep, where you will manage simple records and enter information accurately, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, and work with supervisors to meet daily goals. Additional duties include support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, coordinate with other departments when needed, as well as learn company products and services to better assist others, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
