AREA MANAGER BUMC Facilities Management

Reports to Director of Facilities Operations. Manages 26 maintenance mechanics, and 53 custodians, 10 groundworkers. Oversee daily operations, tours buildings, orders supply, analyzes quality and budget, and assigns work orders. Responsible for discipline of staff when necessary and maintains positive relationships with customers.Required SkillsVocational or technical training.
