Hospice patient is male who spends most of the time playing games on his tablet. His wife is his care giver and she is requesting a volunteer to provide respite visits to allow her to leave home for errands and self care activities such as riding her bike. These visits to the client's home would be approximately 2 hours per visit unless you agree to additional. No hands on care provided by volunteer. Volunteer may give patient snacks or food per wife's instruction. No cleaning of patient or physical assistance is required.
