RN for Non-Medical Home Health Agency

Registered Nurse Our long-established agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team! Our non-medical clients are located in Cleveland and the surrounding metro area. As the ideal candidate, you will: Assess, plan and implement client care needs, and adjust as necessary. Document services and/or concerns surrounding client needs and conditions. Provide consultation to parties involved with clients regarding client need and care. Participate in Orientation and training activities. Position Requirements Must possess in Good Standing a license through the State of Ohio Nursing Board as a Registered Nurse free and clear of Board Action and/or Restriction Must have previous experience within a Home Health Agency and/or Nursing Facility/Residence with elderly care included Must provide verifiable references Experience with electronic documentation and email, cell phone for calls as well as messaging Must be able to pass a criminal background check. And/or drug test Must possess reliable personal transportation to and from assignments as necessary, including valid driver's license, and valid car insurance and agree to visit clients in Cleveland and surrounding Metro areas. Must have part-time flexible availability. Compensation is per visit and includes travel time and mileage. Resumes for this position will be accepted confidentially.
