Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Role Type: Full-time Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + annual performance bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page:Summary: This role will lead the strategic direction, consultation and implementation of technology solutions for our registered investment advisors andaffiliated financial professionals. This individual will work directly with the RIA Solutions management team, internal teams, and directly with the advisors to deliver valuable solutions, drive efficiency, listen for improvements, achieve operational excellence, and implement a delightful user (advisor and client) experience. Education Requirements: Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree from accredited university required. Responsibilities: Client Consultation and Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor to RIA clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored technology solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success. Project and Team Management Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage project scope, risks, and issues. Technology Expertise Stay current with industry trends and advancements in financial technology, including Artificial Intelligence, continuously improving and expanding our technology offerings. Discover industry leading technology solutions and lead evaluation process. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal use and integration of technology platforms. Basic Requirements: Analyze issues, identify key variables and develop appropriate solutions Extraordinary level of customer service and support to advisors Build relationships with advisors Establish cooperative working relationships with various business units and strategic partners Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Maintain confidentiality of information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Operation of basic software programs (i.e., Microsoft Office) Regular and predictable work attendance Preferred Requirements: 5+ years previous experience in a Technology Consulting, Product and/or training role Familiarity with the FinTech space Understanding and/or experience in an advisory based financial business Knowledge of agile development Experience with translating end customer needs to technical requirements and user stories Knowledge of Financial Advisor technology tools (i.e., Orion, Black Diamond, Salesforce) Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here
