We don't work for the "Big 4" but we do work with growing and top-rated firms that do complex business tax and assurance work and also provide high levels of personal service for their clients.Pay and Details: $90,000-$115,000 annually401 (k) employer matchedDental PlanFlexible ScheduleLife InsuranceMedical Insurance / Medical HMOHours capped during busy seasonAbility to learn and grow in a fast paced environment working on complex cases with a lot of nuance in a lot of different industries, with promotion ability and learning from partners Qualifications of the Role: BS / BA in accounting, (econ, finance, business, or similar is also good)3-4 years of accounting experience in a family office / wealth management / public accounting / CPA firm environmentCPA license is advantageous, NOT required- CPA eligible or in progress is a big plusFinancial Statement review with C-Corps, S-Corps, Trusts and Partnerships, as well as tax return work with high net worth individualsMulti Industry knowledge helpful, construction, professional, individuals, manufacturingKnowledgeable with IRS regulations and rules to ensure all compliance is metExcellent experience with various tax software programs, CCH.
