Our Mission: Enable everyone to affordably make their house a home Job Summary: The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment Key Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team members Works cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution Center Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons) Sorting cartons onto pallets Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers) Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers Qualifications & Competencies: 1+ years warehousing or training experience Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment Ability to work with others in a positive environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily Ability to operate material handling equipment Ability to lift 50 pounds required Job Identification: 21658 Job Category: Distrib.
