If so, B &R Services, a leader in portable restroom and septic services in Lebanon, Indiana, wants you to join our team as a Yard Laborer!As a Yard Laborer, you’ll play a crucial role behind the scenes, helping ensure our equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for delivery. You’ll support the operations team by cleaning portable restrooms, organizing the yard, loading and unloading units, and performing general labor tasks to keep everything running smoothly.Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize portable restrooms using B&R Services’ 12-point cleaning processAssist with loading and unloading restrooms from trucks and trailersOrganize and maintain inventory of units and equipment in the yardConduct basic inspections to identify damage or needed repairsHelp with minor repairs and maintenance of units as neededSupport the service and delivery team with staging and prepping units for upcoming routesKeep the yard clean, orderly, and free of hazardsOperate forklifts or other yard equipment (training provided)Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuriesPerform other general labor duties as assigned by the Yard Manager or Operations Manager Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to lift at least 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the dayComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsBasic mechanical skills and a willingness to learnReliable, punctual, and a team playerMust pass a drug screen and background check Compensation and Schedule Pay: $15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsSchedule: Monday to Friday, day shift, with occasional weekend or holiday hoursWork Location: In-person, based at the Lebanon, Indiana facilityExpected Hours: 35–50 hours per week Benefits 401(k) with company matchHealth insuranceDentalVisionLife insurancePaid time offAnnual work boot allowance Physical DemandsThis role involves bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting, and working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
