Oracle Retail Solution Architect Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Experience in working as Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Retail Projects • Experience in Implementing/Designing Oracle Retail Solutions • Hands-on Experience in Oracle Retail MOM Suite of products (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM) • Exposure to reading and understanding SQL/PLSQL, ProC code • Should have experience working in Agile project delivery in ERP Implementation. Roles & Responsibilities • Lead the requirement gathering sessions with Business • Design solutions for the Business Requirements in Oracle Retail product area • Design and deliver high-level functional specifications in Oracle Retail area • Ability to understand all the key IT/Business processes involved in the Development and Support of Oracle Retail Applications in the customer landscape • Project Management knowledge to understand the typical development and support cycles for ERP solutions • Work in collaboration with Developers/Testers in Oracle Retail area both onshore and offshore Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Should have experience working in Agile project delivery in ERP Implementation. Education Bachelor / masters degree in engineering Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 a year #LI-JH1
