POSITION OVERVIEW As a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift your roles and responsibilities will include: This position oversees the 2nd shift corrugator department, leading hourly production employees in the manufacturing of corrugated board. The supervisor ensures safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Supervise one assigned shift of hourly employees Lead daily production of corrugated board Train, assign, and evaluate team members Promote safety, teamwork, and quality standards Communicate effectively with plant management and cross-functional teams Enforce compliance with safety and operational programs QUALIFICATIONS Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following: High School Diploma or GED Corrugated box industry experience (MANDATORY) Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience Direct corrugator machine experience (essential) Leadership or supervisory experience (highly preferred) We understand that even if you are a seasoned Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift you may not have all the skills listed here.
