ServiceNow ITOM tester

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITOM modules. • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for ITOM components such as: • Discovery • Service Mapping • CMDB Health and Data Integrity • Event Management • Orchestration/Automation • Validate integrations between ServiceNow and external monitoring or infrastructure tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, AWS). • Ensure data accuracy, relationships, and reconciliation within the CMDB. • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and ServiceNow architects to identify and resolve defects. • Document test results, track defects in JIRA (or similar tools), and report QA metrics. • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and smoke testing. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
