Laborer (2nd Shift)

Ability to drive to work, have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license: Cedar Rapids, IA 52409 (Required) DUTIES Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembling and fabricating components as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment to promote workplace safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must be able to lift heavy materials as required by the job duties.
