Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking two high-caliber Outreach Coordinators to act as the face of Learn Collaborate at SXSW EDU. This is a strategic role. You will not be sitting at a booth; you will be actively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-level decision-makers to fill our pilot program funnel.Required Qualifications & Skills Professional Presence: Ability to confidently initiate and navigate conversations with executive-level leadership (Superintendents, Provosts, State Board Members). Educational Literacy: Familiarity with Collaborative Project-Based Learning (CPBL), CTE, or Workforce Development. Sales Acumen: Experience in lead generation, business development, or high-level brand representation. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with the SXSW GO app, mobile lead-capture forms, and digital networking. Local Knowledge: Must be a local Austin resident with reliable transportation to the downtown area. Time Commitment & AttendanceTotal Project Duration: March 8 – March 13, 2026. Pre-Conference Strategy:Sunday, March 8: 1-hour in-person briefing + 1-hour strategy kickoff (Downtown). Independent: 3 hours of remote research/app messaging to build your "Target Hit List." Conference Execution (Mon–Thu):On-site Presence: You are expected to be available at the conference between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Active Shift: 4 hours of dedicated outreach per day. Daily Sync: A mandatory 10-minute on-site check-in with the CEO/LC Representative. Flexibility: The remaining 4 hours are yours to attend sessions, workshops, and films as a representative of LC. Wrap-Up:Friday, March 13: 2 hours of data cleanup + 30-minute final debrief via Zoom. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Target List: Arrive on Monday with a pre-vetted list of 15-20 "High Priority" targets from the app. Lead Quota: Minimum of 5 Primary Leads per day (20 total). Bonus Structure: $15.00 for every additional qualified lead (Decision-maker status + Pilot Interest). Lead Qualification CriteriaTo ensure high-quality data for our Validation Report, a "Primary Lead" must: Represent a K-12 District, Community College, University, or State Agency. Hold a leadership title (Director, Dean, Provost, etc.). Request a follow-up demo or express direct interest in the Q2 pilot.
