Executive Administrative Assistant to the Head of School Reports to: Mr. Craig Smith, President & Head of School. Job Summary: This role provides high level administrative support to the Head of School, serving as a key point of contact and coordination. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills to ensure the Head of Schools office operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks with confidentiality and care. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Manage calendars and schedules with accuracy and discretion. Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of School. Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, emails, and presentations. Organize and support meetings with logistics, agendas, note taking, and follow up actions. Provide hospitality to guests and prospective families reflecting the warmth and mission of TCA. Maintain organized systems for documents, communications, and files. Assist with school wide projects, communications, and initiatives directed by the Head of School. Demonstrate financial acumen and attention to detail in handling budgets, reports, or expenses. Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills in all forms of correspondence. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in Executive or Administrative support roles preferred. Bachelors degree or higher. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with academic or ministry settings is desirable. This is a 12-month position that remains active throughout the summer months and is not limited to the traditional academic calendar. Full benefits including tuition remission, if applicable.
