Responsibilities include:Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop appropriate treatment plansDiagnose and present treatment in a clear, ethical, and patient-focused mannerDeliver high-quality general dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, endodontics, and extractions (experience with implants and clear aligners is a plus)Work closely with hygienists to identify and diagnose treatment needs during hygiene visitsReview diagnostic data including radiographs, intraoral photos, and periodontal findingsEducate patients on treatment options and oral health needsMaintain accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and same-day dentistry when appropriateParticipate in morning huddles and team meetingsSupport a positive, growth-oriented office culture Clinical Expectations Our doctors are expected to practice comprehensive, ethical dentistry with a focus on patient education and clear communication.
