Wire Bending Technician- Andover, MA

Location: Andover, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (DOE) Looking for hands-on, precision-focused work? We are seeking a Removable Wire Bending Technician to assemble orthodontic wire appliances according to doctor specifications while maintaining high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform wire bending assembly for removable orthodontic appliances Measure, cut, grind, and shape wire components Use manual tools including pliers, Dremel tools, soldering irons, and hand drills Inspect work to identify defects according to workmanship standards Record production data and track work progress Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with team members and departments to meet production goals Complete approximately 10-20 production points per day Perform additional duties as assigned Ideal Background (Helpful but Not Required) Dental lab, orthodontic, or medical device manufacturing experience Nail technicians, beauty professionals, jewelry makers, artists, or crafters Manufacturing or fine assembly experience Any role requiring precision, patience, and strong attention to detail Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to read job orders, specifications, and small print Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply?
