Learning Facilitator

Learning Facilitator The Learning Facilitator is responsible for facilitating learning solutions that promote engagement and skill development for a diverse population of employees. Using in person and virtual modalities, you will engage learners in both knowledge transfer and application while maintaining a supportive learning environment. Principal Responsibilities: Work with business and HR stakeholders and Learning & Development Instructional Designers to ensure program content is relevant, complete and supports learning objectives. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops. Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback, and adjust instructional methods as necessary. Provide guidance and support to participants, helping them achieve their learning goals. Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems (LMS). Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the industry, learning delivery, instructional design and development within a corporate team environment, or equivalent.
