Bookkeeper Position at 24 Hour Flood Pros 24 Hour Flood Pros is a fast-growing water and fire damage restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly after disaster. We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Record and categorize daily transactions (AR/AP) Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare monthly financial reports Track expenses and job costs by project Process payroll and manage payroll records Support tax preparation and annual audits Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Communicate with vendors, clients, and management as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Proficiency with Paylocity (Online preferred) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion Experience in construction or restoration industry is a plus Schedule & Compensation: Flexible hours (Full-time or Part-time) Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a dynamic company Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
