CNC Machinist - Swing Shift

Job DescriptionOPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!Position: Swing Shift CNC Machinist Location: Vancouver, Washington Pay: $25.00+/hr DOE Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 3:00PM - 1:00AM (Four 10s) Who We Are: OPTI Staffing is partnering with a well-established precision manufacturing company in Vancouver, WA. This organization specializes in high-quality, tight-tolerance machining and values skilled machinists who take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. What You'll Do: Set up and operate 3-axis to 5-axis CNC mills and lathes Work from blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program adjustments Machine precision parts to tight tolerances Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Maintain production efficiency and quality standards Keep a clean and organized work area What's In It for You: $25.00+/hr starting wage (DOE) Four 10-hour shifts - enjoy a 3-day weekend every week Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturer Clean, professional shop environment Opportunity to work with advanced multi-axis equipment What You Need to Have: Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience Experience operating mills and/or lathes Strong blueprint reading skills Understanding of machining tolerances and quality control Reliable attendance and strong work ethic The Musts: Ability to work swing shift (3PM - 1AM, Monday-Thursday) Experience with 3-5 axis CNC machines Ability to hold tight tolerances Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Preferred: Experience editing programs at the machine Experience in precision or aerospace machining environments Familiarity with advanced inspection tools Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume!
