Production Supervisor

As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you'll lead by example, guiding your team to meet production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the shift. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two nights are the same. You'll balance floor-level problem solving with people leadership, coaching your team, addressing challenges in real time, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts. What Your Day Looks Like Hours Monday - Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm, some Saturdays are required. Supervise and support production team members during 2nd shift operations. Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency. Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices. Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities, updates, and expectations. Complete production reports, documentation, and shift handoffs. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Address performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters as needed.
