Warehouse Associate

A Warehouse Associate As a Warehouse Associate with you will support daily warehouse operations to ensure merchandise is accurately received, processed, stored, and shipped to retail stores and customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Processing Unload shipments and verify quantities and item accuracy. Inspect product for damage and report discrepancies. Prepare and process incoming inventory into the warehouse management system. Picking, Packing & Shipping Accurately pick merchandise based on store or customer orders. Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments according to company standards. Ensure orders are shipped on time and meet quality expectations. Inventory Management Maintain organized stock locations and ensure proper product rotation. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits. Help maintain stock accuracy within warehouse systems. Warehouse Operations Follow all safety policies and report hazards or equipment issues. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards. Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work as part of a team and meet daily productivity goals.
