Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday with flexible hours Job Summary: This therapist position will focus on treating mothers in the perinatal and/or postpartum period, who have been identified as struggling with mental health symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. This role is responsible for providing therapeutic support to mothers across a variety of settings-including home, office-based and telehealth. The position focuses on helping clients make progress with their mental health needs throughout the perinatal and/or post-partum period. Using evidence-based, relationship-centered approaches, the clinician helps to promote secure parent-child attachment while collaborating as needed with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Success in this role requires cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and the ability to deliver services responsively to diverse families. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust and fostering effective therapeutic relationships. Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience working with mothers and families Active licensure required: LPC, LSW, MFT, LPCC, LMFT, or LISW Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications Strong documentation and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Pay & Benefits: $60,000 a year with a $5,000 sign on bonus!
