We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Contractor to support and optimize our HRIS landscape, with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) and Compensation.This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement within a complex manufacturing and agriculture-based organization. The ideal candidate is a functional expert who can balance system stability with scalability and process enhancement. Hourly pay rate 60 to 80 Responsibilities:Employee Central (EC) Support & Optimization Configure and maintain EC data models (Corporate, Country-specific, Succession), associations, workflows, and business rules Manage foundation objects and monitor data replication to ensure integrity across systems Oversee mass data changes and maintain accurate employee records Analyze and improve core HR processes (New Hire, Termination, Transfers, etc.) Review bi-annual SAP releases, assess impact, and lead testing and deployment effortsCompensation Module Management Support the full annual compensation planning cycle (merit, salary planning, bonus/variable pay) Configure and enhance Compensation templates, eligibility rules, and guideline tables Design and generate employee compensation statements Troubleshoot escalated issues during planning cycles (calculations, permissions, data discrepancies)SuccessFactors Projects & Ongoing Support Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking) Build and generate reports using People Analytics / Report Stories Audit and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for security and compliance Develop functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materialsRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience Deep functional expertise in Employee Central and Compensation (required) SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or Compensation certification strongly preferred Proven troubleshooting skills in complex configuration environments Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for HR stakeholders If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
