Department: Clinic-PB Patient Fin Service Shift: Day Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 Summary: The Professional Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for oversight and success of the Centralized Business Office (CBO) revenue cycle department including the following functions- Accounts Receivable, KPI Analysis & Trending, Contract Management, Staff Management & Leadership, and Compliance & Reporting . Under the direction of the Director of the Revenue Cycle, the Manager ensures timely and accurate billing, collections, and reconciliation of revenue while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies. The role provides leadership to the CBO team, establishes departmental strategic goals, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that optimize revenue cycle outcomes and patient satisfaction. Works with Clinic Leadership to support and improve financial outcomes. Other information: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent years of experience may be considered. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable or revenue cycle management, with at least 4 years in a managerial/leadership role. Knowledge: Strong understanding of backend revenue cycle, payer contracts, and reimbursement methodologies. Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding, professional billing, and payer reimbursement practices. Familiarity with government and non-government payer rules and regulations. Technical Skills: Proficiency with healthcare billing systems, contract management platforms, and electronic payment systems; Epic experience preferred. Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership, critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
