As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our event management team to create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to execution Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements Research and contact vendors for event services such as catering, venues, and entertainment Maintain event budgets and work within financial constraints Create event timelines and manage scheduling to ensure all tasks are completed on time Help set up and break down event spaces before and after each event.
