Key responsibilities for the Chief Building Engineer include managing and scheduling the engineering and facilities team, overseeing all building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with fire and life-safety regulations. The role also involves conducting preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and managing tenant improvement projects. Applicants for the Chief Building Engineer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record as a senior engineering leader.
