Project & Process Coordinator Hybrid | Richmond, VA Pay Rate: $37.75 - $43.30 per hour Are you the kind of person who sees a process and instantly thinks, "This could be better" ? We're seeking a detaildriven Project & Process Coordinator to support a highimpact Interview Strategy & Logistics Delivery and Operations team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the interviewer experience-ensuring interviewers are trained, certified, compliant, and supported-while also owning the integrity of the processes and documentation that keep everything running smoothly. This is a hybrid role based in Richmond, VA, with an expectation to commute to the office Monday-Friday. What You'll Do Interviewer Enablement & Compliance Own interviewer readiness: Coordinate and track interviewer training and certification from enrollment through completion, ensuring compliance across the interviewer community. Audit & report with precision: Maintain accurate certification records, regularly audit training data, and generate reports that surface gaps and drive action. Be a trusted point of contact: Support interviewers with questions related to training, certification status, and interview logistics-escalating complex issues to the right stakeholders when needed. Process Management & Documentation Protect documentation integrity: Take ownership of an existing library of operational and process documentation, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current standards. Drive change management: Partner closely with team members to update documentation quickly and accurately as policies, strategies, or systems evolve. Build what's missing: Identify gaps and create highquality SOPs, job aids, training guides, and FAQs that are clear, accessible, and userfriendly. Project Support & Operations Keep projects moving: Provide handson coordination and administrative support for team initiatives-tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and organizing meetings. Improve how work gets done: Continuously look for ways to enhance processes, tools, and workflows to elevate efficiency and improve the overall interviewer experience. What You Bring Minimum Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, recruitment operations, or a highly processdriven role Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (GSuite) Ability to commute into the office Monday-Friday (hybrid role) Ideal Qualifications Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across multifunctional teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills High level of personal ownership, discretion, and flexibility Ability to adapt quickly in a fastchanging environment Strong problemsolving, analytical, and decisionmaking capabilities Comfort embracing new systems and evolving processes Impeccable attention to detail Why This Role?
