Recruitment Intern Join the dynamic recruitment department at ACI Health as a Recruitment Intern. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition and staffing. You will support our recruiters in sourcing, screening, and administrative tasks, learning the end-to-end recruitment process. The role is initially part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) with the expectation to transition to full-time (40 hours/week) for the core summer months. The Intern will work in our Fairfax, Virginia office location. These internships are ideal for students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn from industry professionals. Interns will work on-site in Fairfax and will be paired with department leads who will provide hands-on training, mentorship, and meaningful project work. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Assist recruiters in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and handling general recruitment-related correspondence. Recruitment Marketing: Help develop and post compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content. Project Assistance: Participate in special projects aimed at improving our recruitment processes and candidate experience. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Google Workspace. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High level of energy, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn about the staffing industry. Program Details Duration: March 2, 2026 to July 31, 2026 Schedule: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) initially, transitioning to full-time (40 hours/week) during the peak summer period.
