HR Business Partner The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role blends consulting, coaching, data-driven insights, and hands-on HR support to strengthen culture, improve performance, and enable workforce growth. The HRBP works closely with leaders and employees to drive engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and workforce needs, translating them into actionable HR strategies. Use workforce analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent, engagement, and organizational health. Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives. Talent & Performance Management Guide leaders through performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning. Identify high-potential talent and support leadership in building development pathways. Partner with Learning & Development to implement training programs aligned with business needs. Employee Relations & Culture Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns. Promote a positive, inclusive culture by supporting engagement initiatives and DEI efforts. Conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent application of HR policies. Change Management Support leaders through organizational changes such as restructures, new processes, or cultural shifts. Develop communication and transition plans that help teams adapt effectively. HR Operations & Compliance Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate HR data and support continuous improvement of HR processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering or consultative role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build strong relationships across all levels. Experience managing complex employee relations issues. Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis. Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or high-growth environment. Background in organizational development, coaching, or change management. Private equity experience familiarity with value-creation plans, rapid scaling, and transformation environments desired. Franchise experience understanding of multi-unit operations, decentralized leadership structures, and compliance across diverse locations a strong plus.
